Joseph Mudge, and the crew regarding outfitting the ship; crew responsibilities; punishments for theft, mutiny, desertion, or assault on a female prisoner; rewards for spotting a sail, being first to do battle, number of days at sea, etc.; and list of crew members, position, and portion of prize.
